Adequate Stay with Minor Issues

The resort included multiple restaurants. I appreciated the variety of dining options available. I also noted the availability of water activities. There were many choices. The staff was mostly attentive. They tried to resolve any concerns I had. I am grateful for the cute atmosphere provided.
The room I booked included two beds pushed together. It was supposed to be one king bed. The curtains in the room did not block sunlight adequately. It made sleeping difficult. The service felt slow at times. It was frustrating when requesting assistance.

underwhelming visit and lacked attention to detail
small poolconfusing signs
I found several issues . the mini golf course was poorly marked, so it was difficult to figure out where to begin or end. The signs were confusing. the kids pool was small and the adult pool also felt tiny relative to the resort size. even though the resort is large, the pool areas felt inadequate.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i was so happy of it including both international and local dishes. the staff was also very helpful and kind, very charmed by them.
my boat boarding pass was not arranged properly. i had to return to reception to get it, it was a big mess. the reception team seems to lack preparation, it was really bad.

Our junior suite included a spacious terrace overlooking the lagoon pool. i found the enormous bed very comfortable. the bathroom was large with a standalone bath in the middle. The walk in rain shower was bigger than some hotel bathrooms i have seen. the luggage and walk in wardrobe area provided ample space.
i noticed the phone in the room wasn't working. i used my mobile to contact the hotel about it. no one fixed it despite my informing them.

the suite offered an enormous bed and a separate living area with rollaway beds for children. fresh fruit juices were served throughout the day adding a good touch to the stay. medjoul dates were also readily available.

the staff was attentive and ensured smooth buggy transport throughout the resort. every staff member we encountered was genuinely dedicated to. the team handled a minor inconvenience with great care.

the resort offered a fantastic variety of activities for the whole family. my children enjoyed the splash park and the kids club . complimentary spa facilities provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of activities.

A decent stay

The staff was friendly. Maria and Ramzi assisted me . They are very kind. I liked the swimming pools. The lifeguards gave me a sense of comfort. The magician at Ted's diner made my dinner nice. He provided entertainment throughout my dinner.
There were no options available after 10 PM. The beach area could be better maintained. The room interiors APPEAR somewhat outdated. I requested extra blankets and was told that they were unavailable at FIRST.
